Designed to Convert the PR-912B into a 2-Point Probe
The PRF-922A-B Adapter is configured to simply slide onto the PRF-912B and PRF-914B probes. It consists of a housing that fits over the concentric ring assembly and two spring loaded measurement probes.
A locking screw holds the adapter onto the host fixture and in contact with the miniature concentric ring test contacts.
Measure the Surface Resistance of Small Areas per ANSI/ESD STM11.13
When attaching the PRF-922A-B to the PRF-912B, you can measures point-to-point resistance of small areas up to 1.0x1012 ohms. Use the adapter to measure small material samples, hard to assess molded areas, edges of parts, tray or tape cells and other very small objects and surfaces.
The spacing of the 2 electrodes allows for measurement area of 0.32 inches (8.13mm). When used with the supplied conductive rubber boots, it provides point-to-point resistance measurements in accordance with ANSI/ESD STM11.13.

Having both concentric and 2-point fixtures provides maximum flexibility for measuring small areas and parts.

Conductive Rubber Covers for Better Contract
Removable conductive rubber probe covers are supplied to reduce contact resistance.
